Jacquelyn has been coaching my family for over a month now online as we are in the UK. She has been brilliant with my 10 year old ADHD son, Ted, and she manages the online platform really well. Her professional and engaging manner has helped him to bond with her very easily . She has made him aware of why he sometimes feels the way he feels and come up with ways to manage and cope. Not only that but Jacquelyn has also helped unpick the problems within our family unit when it comes to our eldest non-ND son and how he feels. This has been really ground-breaking. It’s helped my non-ND son understand much better why Ted behaves certain ways and most importantly it has made him feel listened to and heard. Before the brothers’ relationship was at an all-time low but now I’m starting to see progress and understanding. Plus it has improved my relationship with both my kids. I’m really grateful that I’ve been able to access the knowledge that Jacquelyn has and that she provides a nonjudgemental objective point of view.

I’ve been coached by Jacquie for months now, and cannot recommend her enough. She is so caring, authentic and responsive. I emerge from every coaching session more self aware, and dare I say more purposeful. The biggest game changer is having someone to be (gently) accountable to. Prior to Jacquie I had never been coached before, and did not know what to expect, or if I could benefit from it. It felt foreign and extravagant growing up in a culture where it seems I’ve been expected to somehow figure it all out myself. Now, I am able to see the difference coaching has made in my life, and I am very grateful to have Jacquie in my corner as my life coach

Testimonials

I became aware that I had ADHD late in life. At 46 years old I knew there had to be a better way. Jacquie has been so supportive. She’s helped my confidence in pointing out things that I’ve already accomplished not even knowing I had ADHD, that I was so much more self-aware than I ever knew. She celebrates my wins even when I think they are small. We work together to find ways for me to do things that I struggle with in a way that works for me. She holds me accountable but doesn’t make me feel bad about myself when I don’t follow through. Jacquie is so easy to talk to and I can’t wait to see what I’m able to accomplish in the months to come

When I decided to go on my health journey, I was ready to do whatever it took, research whatever I needed to, and get to the roots of what makes me tick. On my journey, I heard about ADHD life coaching. I wasn’t sure what that was about exactly. We hit it off quickly, and she really became someone I felt I could talk to and open about things and that she understood where I was coming from. I realized that, without me even noticing, she had connected pieces of information right in front of me that I had not been able to connect on my own. It wasn’t forceful, more like gentle guidance that helped me put two and two together and gave me that light bulb moment! I have really enjoyed working with Jackie, and I highly recommend chatting with her.

My daughter (10 years) has been meeting with Jacquelyn and it has been great. She has opened up to her very quickly and really likes having someone who she can talk to and relate to. She is great with my daughter, who is ten, and allows her to express anything she wants. Her sessions are super helpful to not only my daughter but also to myself and I have learned a lot as well! This has been so great all around.

Jacquie, There was also a piece of “gold” that I did not have time to share with you verbally, so I wanted to share with you now, your coaching presence created the space in which the client felt extremely comfortable and safe, exploring a new story. That is not a coaching skill that many coaches have, that is simply who you are, which is to say, GOLD.

Ted is a colleague and a fellow coach that was assigned to view a few of my coaching sessions for our class certifications with ADDCA

Leave it to me to procrastinate a review, but you know it’s okay. Understanding how ADHD works is par for the course. Helping me to get to a better understanding of it all is the counsel of Jacquelyn Dupras.

She didn’t come to me as someone who proclaimed “perfection”, but as someone who understands the pitfalls and promise of having ADHD. In fact, she was upfront about her journey to understanding how ADHD affected her life. Having someone who can be transparent with me was key. Jacquelyn helped me see ADHD in a fair light with various resources to help address some of the issues key in my journey.

I highly recommend anyone who is dealing with ADHD to reach out to Jacquelyn. She is someone who is grounded, experienced, and gives a personal touch when seeking direction and guidance.
